Hmm, this raises an interesting question, what constitutes political knowledge.
Does knowing about politics mean that one knows who's who. For instance, being able to name all the men and women wearing black robes on the Supreme Court, or naming the minority Whip (easy if you just watch the clip)?
Maybe it means that you understand the process of battling with talking points in order to win the votes of the public, or maybe even turn away certain voters. This is certainly the face of politics that the news covers and analyzes a lot.
Or, is it understanding the system of government, and how that system responds to public demands. What powers and responsibilities that institutions have all levels of government, and how those institutions interact and share power.
Sorry, I'm prepping for classes.
