It's quite easy ~ when you remain structured, dedicated, and diligent in your weekday interval sessions ... you'll be looking forward to your race weekends - cause you'll finally get to rest a bit ... and play.
That's how you stay fresh all year long.

That's hardcore. I'm always thankful for those interval sessions when a fast-paced race-type ride comes up.....makes me feel a bit more confident too.
