I've always considered those to be 'mental health' days.

grumble grumble, I really need to start taking more of those.

Nats update: Hutch is warming up for masters TT, it has stopped raining, looks like they added another 6k to the course! Tracey arrived today her Bike and luggage didn't. Giana just finished her TT

Definitely a good thing, those personal days. Imagine if all our days were personal. Or personable.

Off-topic: man, I was thinking I might be recovered enough to hit the masters districts and Hellyeah... and look who happens to be in my age category. Damn you and your 40-to-44-year-old eyes!

olaf,

does your employer read your blog? know about it?

I hear employers reading employees blogs can lead to serious, um, er, terminal conditions.

I also had an unplanned personal day, dealing with the fact that someone stole both my mountain bikes last night from my garage in SF. Keep an eye out for a blue steelman manzanita set up as a single speed and a 2002 trek fuel 98 with a fox F100RLC fork and a crank brothers crankset. Feel free to email me at maleonardphi-at-yahoo.com if you hear of anything.
