a little goes a long way.i love me some training.good miles, good folks, good 'nuff for this wankbag.... and i still get a Sunday.
We got in 50M yesterday before it snowed. You know being a lowlander is making you a sissy, Olaf.
5.5 hours, baby.vest.

i wore knee and leg warmers today
85 yesterday and 90 today. I wish the temperature matched but alas a base layer, LS jersey, vest, and wind breaker were necessary. Still, we had 6 MIB together under sunny skies enjoying a wonderful day in the East Bay.
Wow. That image got my attention. Decades ago (in high school)and way before video games, all young surfies build their own equipment in dad's garage for about $40. So different than the now-generation who plop down mom's mastercard. George was our inspiration, his every word gospel. Iconic designer filmmaker and eccentric genius-recluse.
