but man, it's such a pain in the ass working around rain here in the land of protected lawneries.
i'm hopin it stays nice and sunny for the Final (no ... really) Surf City race on the 9th.
and you damn well can be sure I've sent each and every state employee copies of our signed contracts & insurance.
