ahh ... that sweet taste

there are times, during lunch'ervals
... when motivation must be found.

today's workout,
threatened into fuzzy delay,
by tantalizing rays,
and twittle-tweeting birdy-th'angs.

offers examplus-prime
on why sometimes,
you need that little bile ~ to kick up that urgency.

Cause they ain't no way,
this boy's gonna say,
that in the next sprint,
he didn't have enough kick.
