lunch'ervals

100rpm felt like slogging through mud today.

that's a good sign.

I'm just glad I got out before the rains dumpy-mcDeluged our spandexed behinds. Lunch rides have always been my favorites.

I have this great little stretch of road by work that nobody bothers me on ~ no other riders, no cars passing or pulling out ... just the quiet whir of gears and the blessed boom of breath.

It's a great way to get out of the office. And, even though it's only 45 minutes of riding ... it seems to do the trick.

Riding my bicycle today, friends coming over tonite, lover will be tasted, savored, and indulged this weekend, everybody has enough food to eat, and none of us are being repressed by anybody with a gun.

life is good.

you make lunch rides sounds so great.

next time i"m able to ride at lunch again, I'll think diferently about it.

especially since I ride near the marshes where no cars (or people) are allowed unless you have a very special hall pass...

well, don't rush getting on the open road ... that wrist of yours would probably rebel on you.

how's it feeling now?

well since I got rear-ended yesterday and my wrist hit the steering wheel...not that great at the moment.

But I'm at work typing away so I'm fine, I'm contributing to the gross national (space research) product...
