but hey, it looks like we may not get re-granted for our Africa/Asia project - and the Ethiopia proposal hasn't moved off the director's desk ... so, woohoo! ... time to look for a new job.

uhhh...I know you are worried about your job and all that but do you know Kyle Dixon? Penn State Alum and coach? I was checking Downieville results, saw him in the results, googled his name and found a Reno Wheelmen race report that talked about both of you.
I dont really know him that well but we were in the PSU cycling club at the same time...small world.
