but i am finally catching up from the weekend
got my letters in the mail to complain about our hotel stay and to thank the sponsor of my prime and some race results posted
and then when there might be 2 seconds, i get hungry and have to find some girl scout cookies
and then i go home to pack--not very fertile blog material
and my brain is still so dysfunctional....i mean what in the world am i rambling about here?!

i needed some black licorice today
try canned milk, it is very good in coffee and it last longer than 1/2 and 1/2...learned that in mexico
canned milk sort of freaks me out

me too..but it's so good...i try not to think about it...does it have trans fat??? gotta go look now...
i have to confess...I do eat nutella...I can't stay away from it...i feel bad when I eat it because it has milk...but guarantees no trans fat - it says in the label but then it has partially hydrogenated oil...which doesn't make sense
it's a weakness...
isn't nutella made of petroleum products?
Flandria - buy the Euro version of Nutella, it does not part hydos in it
where do I find that? been looking really hard...
yeah, the Euro doesn't have that partially...ingredient
