it's official

yup, i'm moving down to Aptos ... for my further californ-indoctrination.

where the hell is Aptos, you ask?

I dunno. Someplace closer to my woman, that's all that matters.

- - -

all i can hope, is that i keep my new roomies in the dark about my web-scribbles.

'cause, oh baby ... there be blog-material in this new house.

I cannot wait.

Bummer Dude! You still owe the Brother some interval lessons. Gotta get schooled by the Olafinator. And you never got to see the bike shop/training studio at the house in Liverpool.

Should stop by for sip of Vino before you move.

intervals = pain
what else do you need to know?

norcalcyclingnews.com said...

mmm...vino.

mmm....pain.

Ron Castia said...

Self inflicted pain is not as intense as the pain inflected by a training partner.
Chasing a rabbit makes you dig a little bit deeper, and little bit longer. Chasing a really strong rabbit is even better.

PAB(a.k.a.CID) said...

i chase a strong bunny all the time...

X Bunny said...

then it's still self-inflicted if you choose to chase the rabbit

Ron Castia said...

Without the question of "to chase or not to chase", the choice does not exist.
It forces you to find something that you did not know was there.

aarrgh ... i cannot manifest time to train this week.

well ... maybe an hour on the trainer in the hotel room tonite.

X Bunny said...

brain strain
i'm just going to concentrate on manifesting my rabbitness

ick--hotel room--your choice or manifestation or whatever but i'd say that an hour on the trainer would be a good idea....like you needed me to tell you that

Aptos? Cool dude! Hey, you're closer to your #1. Back in the day(yeah, another one of those stupid stories), Aptos was like the cycling place to be......may have been the Olympic preparation center for Junior riders.

Aptos Eh

I'm thinking sweet cross rides are in your future.

At least you didn't come Fresno!!!!!1

I'm sure a few times at the start of the season is plenty for you. But, we do have TONS of blog material.

...and Aptos is the normalest city in SC County

hE Heeeee

You said Aptos is normal

OV is going to look like the leader of the Right Wing in SC county. : )

Velo Bella said...

Only normal as compared to the rest of the cities in SC County. (except for Scotts Valley which doesn't count because its really just the spare bedroom of San Jose)

X Bunny said...

i missed that comment pab

i'm not a good bunny to chase because i usually let you catch me

Dr. Xeno said...

Well, I'd say I'll miss you in the tripple valley, but I never see you round these parts - only at races. So, enjoy Aptos & fill us in on the normal weirdness. Gee, I wish I could remember what happened to me those 5 years in berkeley... good material I'm sure.
