dinner salad bonk

... thought i could make it through the lunch'ervals on a spinach/cheese salad last night and a couple of yogurts this morning.

made it half-way before implosions set in.

ugh - lee.

Instead, had to roll back to the office and order up the biggest sandwich the quizno-surlies could scrape together for me.

Now I feel better and will have to take a good, hard look at the evening commute.

Training = necessary.

I wonder how my favorites did with their workouts today?

that talking piece of chicken meat freaks me out

sprints today
mostly techie sprints--did the power sprints on sun and didn't want to overdo it

had to do 2 power sprints though just to play with my friend the campy lever

first time i've done sprints with a decent tailwind...boy, that sure is different...duh
